address on bottom of the form and you have guaranteed
photographs of your athlete.
Remember to print. If I need to contact you I need your info.
If you choose to select your images I will send instructions on
finding the unique Photo ID for each image posted on the site. All
you do is email the Photo IDs for your images to me and I burn your
disk.
